Documentation

Total Inspection Services, LLC documents all employee records for testing, training, qualification experience, work history and certification are recorded in the National Registry through the NCCER.  The OQ Rule has mandated that DOT be able to access all certification records for the pipeline industry.  The vehicle that DOT has identified is ISNetworld.  ISNetworld is the manager of the ANR (Automated National Registry) for NCCER.  There are several reporting functions on ISNetworld which enables TIS to maintain testing results and generate OQ-1 reports for our Clients.

OQ Certifications

• Following successful completion of API/NCCER OQ testing, the inspector is now OQ qualified to perform inspection tasks.  The inspector will receive, upon successful completion, an official transcript, wallet card and letter from NCCER.

• Operator Qualification & Certification Center, L.P, (OQCC) is a subsidiary of Total Inspection Services, LLC.  The addition of OQCC is an asset to the Pipeline Industry.  Please feel free to browse the website at www.oqcc.net.   OQCC provides an avenue for prospective pipeline personnel to assess their knowledge and skills for future employment.  It also allows documentation for the participant to keep and all training and assessment records are kept on a National Registry through the NCCER.  Clients as well as DOT can be granted access to these records by becoming a member of ISNetworld where the registry is maintained.

• OQCC is an NCCER Accredited Sponsor for Training and Assessments, which offers services to individuals as well as clients.  The assessments that have been developed by Subject Matter Experts (SME) can be viewed under the Assessment Subjects link on this page.  All assessment/training deficiencies can be addressed by using The Contren Learning Series Curricula that was developed by the same SME’s at NCCER and kept in stock at the OQCC facility located in West Columbia, Texas.
